디딤교회 개인정보처리방침
디딤교회(이하 「교회」)는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 문의를 원활하게 처리하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 둡니다.

1. 개인정보의 처리 목적
교회는 사이트의 문의 폼으로 받은 개인정보를 문의 내용 확인과 답변을 위해서만 처리합니다. 다른 목적으로 이용하지 않으며, 목적이 바뀌는 경우 미리 동의를 받습니다.
– 수집 항목: 이름(필수), 이메일(필수), 문의 내용(이용자가 적은 내용)
– 사이트에는 회원가입·결제 기능이 없어 그 밖의 개인정보를 받지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간
문의 폼으로 받은 개인정보는 문의 처리가 끝난 날부터 1년간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 법령에서 따로 보관하도록 정한 경우에는 그 기간 동안 보관합니다.
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
교회는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 동의한 경우나 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
4. 개인정보의 파기절차 및 파기방법
1. 파기절차: 보유 기간이 끝났거나 처리 목적을 이룬 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.
2. 파기방법: 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
5. 민감정보의 처리
교회는 문의 폼에서 종교적 신념 등 민감정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 이용자께서는 문의 내용에 민감정보를 적지 않도록 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
6. 개인정보 처리의 위탁
교회는 개인정보 처리 업무를 다른 업체에 위탁하지 않습니다. 다만 사이트 운영을 위해 아래 외부 서비스를 이용합니다.

7. 가명정보의 처리
교회는 가명정보를 처리하지 않습니다.
8. 정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사방법
1. 이용자는 언제든지 교회에 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
2. 요구는 아래 11항의 연락처로 전화·이메일·서면으로 하실 수 있으며, 교회는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
3. 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 사람을 통해서도 요구할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 위임장을 제출해야 합니다.
4. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 법정대리인의 동의 없이 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동은 보호자를 통해 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

10. 자동수집장치(쿠키 등)의 설치·운영 및 거부
1. 로그아웃 상태의 사이트 접속에서 사이트 자체 Set-Cookie 응답은 관찰되지 않았습니다.
2. 사이트는 화면 표시를 위해 Google Fonts(글꼴), Google Maps(지도), YouTube(동영상) 등 외부 서비스를 불러옵니다. 이 과정에서 해당 서비스 운영자가 쿠키를 설치하거나 접속 정보를 받을 수 있으며, 그 처리는 각 운영자의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
3. 이용자는 웹 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 쿠키를 거부하면 지도·동영상 등 일부 기능이 보이지 않을 수 있습니다.
11. 그 밖의 사항
1. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치: 관리자 화면은 로그인 인증을 요구하며 관리자 계정 2개가 확인됩니다.

Didim Church Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, Didim Church (the “Church”) maintains this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information and to handle related inquiries.
Effective date: 2026-10-18
1. Purpose of Processing
The Church processes personal information received through the Site’s contact form only to read and reply to inquiries. It is not used for any other purpose, and the Church will obtain consent in advance if the purpose changes.
– Items collected: name (required), email address (required), message (what the user writes)
– The Site has no membership registration or payment functions and does not collect any other personal information.
2. Processing and Retention Period
Personal information received through the contact form is kept for one year from the date the inquiry is resolved and is then destroyed. Where a law requires a longer retention period, it is kept for that period.
3. Provision to Third Parties
The Church does not provide users’ personal information to third parties, except where the user has consented or where a law specifically requires it.
4. Destruction Procedure and Method
1. Procedure: Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has ended or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
2. Method: Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
5. Sensitive Information
The Church does not collect sensitive information, such as religious beliefs, through the contact form. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
6. Outsourcing of Processing
The Church does not outsource the processing of personal information. The Site uses the following external services for its operation.

7. Pseudonymized Information
The Church does not process pseudonymized information.
8. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives
1. Users may at any time ask the Church to let them see, correct or delete their personal information, or to stop processing it.
2. Requests can be made by telephone, email or in writing to the contact details in Section 11, and the Church will act on them without delay.
3. Requests may also be made through a legal representative or an authorized person, who must submit a letter of authorization.
4. The Church does not collect personal information of children under 14 without the consent of their legal representative. Children under 14 are asked to contact us through a parent or guardian.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
1. No first-party Set-Cookie response was observed during a logged-out visit to the Site.
2. To display its pages, the Site loads external services such as Google Fonts (fonts), Google Maps (maps) and YouTube (videos). In doing so, the operators of these services may set cookies or receive connection information, which they handle under their own privacy policies.
3. Users can refuse or delete cookies in their web browser settings. If cookies are refused, some features such as maps and videos may not be displayed.
11. Other Matters
1. Security measures: The administrator dashboard requires login; two administrator accounts were observed.
2. Remedies: Users may report or seek advice on privacy infringements to the Personal Information Infringement Report Center, the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee and other relevant bodies.
